ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only allowed on an exchange or credit basis, must be sent back only after authorization by prepaid postage, with a copy of the original invoice, and within 30 days from the date the order was received. There are no cancellations on special orders nor can they be returned, and there are no returns on used parts or electrical parts.
The products sold on this website are aftermarket and replacement parts intended for use on vintage BMW automobiles. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment and compatibility with their specific vehicle before purchasing. Installation of any part should be performed by a qualified mechanic or experienced enthusiast familiar with vintage BMW systems. 2002s Only assumes no liability for damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from improper installation or use of any product sold on this site.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
2002s Only is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for high-value orders. If you experience a shipping issue, reach out to us at sales@2002sonly.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
All sales are final unless a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, in which case please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

New parts installed are not warranted beyond warranties given by the respective manufactures. No other warranties are made except as listed on the invoice.
Used parts are sold as-is, and are not returnable. We will replace any defective mechanical part with another one only if returned within 7 days in the same condition as purchased, after obtaining our permission to do so. We make no other promise, guaranty or warranty, and we are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by customer/mechanic installation, removal, or use of this merchandise. We will not cover labor to replace or exchange any used or new parts.
